Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase once approved and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds for Afterpay orders are processed in accordance with Afterpay’s refund policies.
