At this time, we ship within Australia only.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within Australia are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.


Delays

Risen Angel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Events outside our control


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
